Every job starts here. Lester walks the roof himself, checks seams, flashing, drains, and fasteners, and tells you what the roof actually needs, whether that is a small repair, a restoration coating, or nothing at all this year. Whether your roof is five years old or fifteen, an inspection at least once a year is how you avoid the expensive surprise. It is free, and there is no obligation.
Commercial Roof Restoration
When the roof deck is sound but the surface is worn, cracked, or leaking at the seams, a restoration coating seals it and adds years of life without a tear-off. We install Conklin’s elastomeric systems for this, and Lester will tell you plainly if your roof is a candidate. A coated roof still needs an annual inspection and cleaning to stay under warranty, and we offer commercial roof maintenance for exactly that.
Fixing Roof Leaks
A leak that keeps coming back usually means the last patch treated the symptom and missed the cause. Lester traces the leak to its entry point, which is rarely where the water shows up inside, and repairs the seam, flashing, or penetration that is actually letting it in. Restoration is one option when the whole surface is failing, but a single leak usually needs a repair, not a coating.
Metal Roof Repair
Metal roof leaks start at fasteners, seams, and flashing, and left alone they turn into rust and structural damage below. We replace failed fasteners, reseal laps, rebuild flashing, and, when the panels are sound but worn, restore the roof with the Conklin MR System instead of replacing it.
EPDM Roof Restoration
EPDM rubber roofs take a beating from Florida UV. The membrane chalks, seams open, and ponding water works its way in. A white reflective coating over sound EPDM seals the seams, drops the roof temperature, and extends the roof’s life without removing the membrane.
Flat Roof Restoration
Flat and low-slope roofs on retail, office, medical, and warehouse buildings are where ponding, blistering, and seam failure show up first.
