He later moved into automotive sales, where he proved he could perform, consistently increasing his numbers and even hitting 30 cars in a single month.
That experience shows in how he operates today. He understands people, knows how to communicate, and focuses on getting results.
He brought that mindset back to roofing and now makes sure every project runs efficiently and every customer knows exactly what is going on.
